Once you are approved and are ready to request a
loan for a particular property, print and fill out the
Loan Request Form and the
Repair
Detail Form and fax them, along with a copy of the executed
Purchase Contract, to us at (713) 440-3970.
Once we receive the completed forms and the Property Analysis Fee, which can be paid on this website via credit card, or
mailed/dropped at 4702 Old Spanish Trail, Houston, Texas, 77021, we
will begin processing your loan request. We can usually close within
10 working days. With clear, insurable title, satisfactory
after-repaired value, and evidence of insurance, we can have documents and funding sent to the
title company within 72 hours!
Once the repairs have been completed on the
property, print and fill out the
Repair
Draw Request Form and fax it to (713) 440-3970. We will go out
to the property (usually within 48 hours), confirm that the repairs
listed are 100% complete, and then cut a check or wire the funds.
